Shipping and Returns


  • Orders take approximately 5 business days to be processed and shipped out.
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking will be emailed once your order is shipped.



  • Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date that the order is received.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that they were received.
  • If the product is deemed unacceptable for a return the customer may cover the expense of having the product shipped back to them.
  • If a product arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged product upon arrival to submit during the return process.
  • Products that are being returned and exchanged for a different size or product will receive a prepaid shipping return label to send your product back.
  • Availability may vary on exchangeable items due to inventory levels.  If the item is not available, we will issue a gift card or return of payment.
  • Product being returned for a refund will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Refunds can be given in the form of store credit or returned via the original payment method.

  3. The reason for a return/exchange
